Att. Ali Faruk AKAN graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law in 2014, and he is currently doing his master's degree in International Commercial Law, in the Department of Domestic and international arbitration. He has almost a decade of experience as a legal practitioner.
Throughout his professional career, He handled a broad range of; administrative (Transportation, Zoning, Mining, Environment etc.) and regulatory matters law and, public tenders, construction /real estate law, Corporate/Commercial Law, and Competition Law cases.
He has registered as a mediator and is an experienced lawyer in the settlement of disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms including mediation and arbitration, aiming to resolve contentious matters efficiently in terms of time and cost.
